Six scopes of our work
Industrial
automation
In order to fulfill all demands of industrial automation today we created a department capable to successfully deliver projects in the field of PLC programming, HMI programming and SCADA. Besides conventional PID, PI, PD algorithms, our engineers have knowledge and experience to develop and implement new algorithms based on mathematical and stochastic models such as LQR, LQG, MPC, Fuzzy, AI and other.
We base our solutions in industrial automation using Siemens products or products of alternative producers (Omron, Allen-Bradley, Unitronics, Schneider).
So far, we have realized projects for stand-alone products and processes such as CIP, conveyors, pasteurizes, sterilizers, mills, turbine regulators and etc and automation projects of plants such as mines, diaries, juice factories, chemical plants, silicon factories, tanneries, foundries and others.
Web / Mobile / Desktop
Programming
We develop various desktop, web and mobile applications in the following fields: Industrial applications, Business applications, ERP solutions and custom-made applications.
In the field of industrial application we developed solutions to monitor and manage data collection (SCADA), production management applications and resource allocation programs.
Business applications and ERP solutions will help you to manage your daily business successfully. We are proud of our modules: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Travel and Expenses Module (TEM), Human Resources Module (HRM), Accounting and Finance Module (AFM) and Warehouse Management Module (WMM).
It is very challenging and interesting to create custom made applications. Besides both static and dynamic websites for various type of business, we had a chance to develop mobile games, web shops and some cool features in the field of process automation and artificial intelligence
Artificial
Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence is becoming widely spread in industry and it is not reserved only for large companies. We focus our work on machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), expert systems (ES) and fuzzy logic. Using modern algorithms and methods such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, clustering, classification and regression, we create the AI models such as:
○ Recognition of shapes, contours, pictures and voice
○ Medical diagnosis
○ Statistical arbitration
○ Learning and training support
○ Classification, extraction and regression of data
○ Forecasting models
Electrical
Design
Our E-design team successfully created several turn-key projects in domain of electro-design. Besides regular classic electro-design activities our team develops principal diagrams, instrumental schemes, part and purchase lists, best practices solutions, LoTo procedures, documentation related to IEC standards and CE sign.
Industry 4.0
Modern processes in industrial automation require a higher degree of “self-awareness” of the machine and “awareness” of the existence of other machines with which it can exchange data. With this digitization, the factory provides the survival of the industry and its competitive development in contemporary society. Currently, in cooperation with our partners from University of Belgrade and partners in Italy and Switzerland, we are developing solutions which will increase interaction between the machines in production of raw leather and bring future savings in production and maintenance.
AR / VR
Augmented reality (AR) is an interactive experience of a real-world environment where the objects that reside in the real-world are “augmented” by computer-generated perceptual information, sometimes across multiple sensory modalities, including visual, auditory, haptic, somatosensory, and olfactory. The overlaid sensory information can be constructive (i.e. additive to the natural environment) or destructive (i.e. masking of the natural environment) and is seamlessly interwoven with the physical world such that it is perceived as an immersive aspect of the real environment. In this way, augmented reality alters one’s ongoing perception of a real-world environment, whereas virtual reality completely replaces the user’s real-world environment with a simulated one.
Augmented reality is related to two largely synonymous terms: mixed reality and computer-mediated reality.
Virtual reality (VR) is an interactive computer-generated experience taking place within a simulated environment. It incorporates mainly auditory and visual feedback, but may also allow other types of sensory feedback. This immersive environment can be similar to the real world or it can be fantastical.
